Do I eat too muchhhhhh

FWIW, it took him an entire week of NO carbs other than those in shakes and yogurt to go back to not being an eating hound. HTH!

It seems like a lot of food and lots of pointless carbs.  You don't want to hear about your choices, but you put out some terrible ones, animal crackers are not food.

That's weird, because they seemed edible to me. 

I asked for no criticism on my food choices because I understand they aren't perfect, nobody has a perfect day every day. I can hold myself accountable for the things I put in my mouth, and I personally feel like if I want to eat an animal cracker, I can eat an animal cracker because I'm a grown ass woman.

I am 3 years out and that seems like a lot to me. 

I cant eat all that.

I really could not eat all that at 10 months out.
