Hey Kenyatta!  You and that Devil!  So impressed as always :)  I am thrilled - Zumba wasn't canceled.  So I will get my exercise in.  So you like the tofu shirataki noodles?  I have read about them but have never tried them.  Do you just buy them at your grocery store?  They are definitely not on my plan now, but maybe in six or so months.  You are doing so well!  Your hubby must be insanely proud of you, and it must be like he is married to a different person!

Awww... thank you!!!  Yes I'm totally a complete different person. As I'm getting closer to goal, it's getting harder but I'm focused. The tofu noodles are ok, kind of rubbery though but great subsitution for the real thing. I'd bought mines at Krogers.

B  2 cups coffee with SF creamer and splenda,  Protein shake, mint cookie  :)

L Cole slaw I made with splenda and some turkey jerky  (weird combo, I know)

pretzel rollo pecan treat  Just 1, I wanted way more

D  1 taco on a homemade cornmeal/flour tortilla (meat, lettuce, cheese, sour cream)

2 cups decaf coffee with SF creamer and splenda  (going overboard on creamer today :(

S yogurt

3 months since surgery

Invited to Super Bowl party so had no control over what was served.  They asked me to bring dessert, and I was too shy to refuse so I made a Texas Sheet Cake and sampled a very small sliver (it was good).  They served BBQ catered from a restaurant and I ate one rib and a hunk of brisket, about a tablespoon of non creamy coleslaw and a spoonful of beans. I drank water.

Today:

B- egg whites and Morningstar Farms patty

L- salad with steak (restaurant) - mostly ate the steak and grilled onions.

S- Skinny soy latte from Starbucks

D- 1 slice turkey bologna (my guilty addiction), cottage cheese and blueberries

Worked out for one hour with my trainer and, let me tell you, it was a butt kicker.
