Hungry all of the time

When my husband had hunger return more steadily he started to mix up his proteins a bit and 'throw his body off' a bit and it worked for him...continues to work for him and he was a year out last Oct. 

So if he'd been doing cheese and meat at lunch time, he went to a shake or pork. If he had been doing a shake at breakfast, he swapped it for eggs and yogurt. Basically he was eating the same foods, but in a very different order and sticking to a carefully measured volume. For him, it helped. That is not to say it is a great solution for everyone, but I know it was great for him. He feels hungry a few times a week and when it is more than twice in two days, he mixes it up again. It also pushes him to try other foods or food types (he will have a strip steak instead of filet because he processed the filet too quickly after a time) while I felt like I was full for 7 hours after having 1/4 cup of strip steak and it will be a looooong time before I try it again. I'm happy with the time on the filet. :)
