What's on the menu today, RNY-ers?
I don't know what dinner is yet, but I do know I'm having:
B: Protein Shake
S: dried green beans, turkey chili with a little cheese
L: creamed spinach, turkey bacon, and cheddar crustless quiche
I'm hoping my Lemon Lift tea comes in the mail today. If so, that will be on my list for sure!

I'm probably extremely boring today, but I have back to back classes so this is what happens lol:
B: 1 hard boiled egg
L: 1 Fage plain 0% greek yogurt w/ some Splenda for taste.
S1: Another Fage (hey for 100 calories and 18g protein can't go wrong!)
D: 1 Quest bar
S2: Hummus and Carrots (once I get home and finally crash after it all!)
