What's on the menu today, RNY-ers?
Happy Saturday, everyone!
I have to confess, I am having a terrible eating day today. I woke up in Charlotte, NC and spent six hours driving to DC. Choices were limited so I made do. Back on track tomorrow.
Time Since Surgery: 7 weeks, 6 days
B: Two slices of bacon
L: 3 oz of cheese
S: Half of a premier protein shake
D: Will be baked chicken and broccoli (going out to dinner)
My daily totals without the dinner are already 500 calories (damn you, cheese! lol) so dinner will probably get me to 750 calories and 60 g of protein. Not my best day. BUT I did come home and immediately make egg bites and do some meal prep for the week.

Breakfast: yogurt parfait (100 cal yoplait mixed berry Greek yogurt, 2 Tbsp mixed berries, 2 tbsp unsweetened homemade whipped cream, 4 salted almonds chopped). Yum!!
L: spinach salad with pecans, feta, & chicken
D: going to a hockey game & out for pizza. I'll probably have a salad & the topping from a slice of pizza.
Not feeling snacky today
Breakfast: 1 slice turkey bacon, yo plait light yogurt, coffee w/ creamer
Lunch: turkey wrap w/ Banana peppers
Dinner: Balsamic glazed chicken and spinach
no snacks today, I ended up deep cleaning my kitchen and bathroom, and once I start. I don't stop. Meeting our friends for dinner tonight that we were supposed to meet last night.
No exercise today but I'm on track to hit my 10,000 step goal from all my cleaning
