Good to know. I do take probiotics also, but hadn't heard of the magnesium. Thanks!

HW - (260)   SW - (197)   GW - (135), updated on 1-2-14 to 125lbs  HT 5'5"  Goal reached 3/2/14-revised goal to 120 on 3/9/14   reached 4/6/14

I was ill last week and lost over 7 lbs of poop (and a bit of dehydration) so I know what you mean...constipation can FOR SURE be 2 lbs of weight. I hope you find out what is causing such constipation, that is a lot of product to still be backed up. How much water are you drinking? I find if it is less than 100 oz, I am backed up. :)

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago!
