Thanks!  I meant to say, also, click on Forums on the top of the screen and check out the general discussion forum or you can choose the dropdown to see the forum specific to RNY or VSG or DS or whatever surgery you are having.  There is also an option "see all" and there are forums for many topics/areas there.  Find the forum(s) that best answer your questions and help you!  Good luck!

I assume you mean your stomach isn't feeling great?  Because I think your menu looks good from the perspective of no junk, and high in protein :) Hope you feel better ASAP!

Not really sick. It's just some mornings the pouch refuses to let me eat. I like to start each day with at least a little something, but it wasn't having it today :)

Today, I'm doing really well on calories vs protein. Of course, I'm about to go home where the temptation is greater, so wish me luck!

B: Protein shake

S: Yopa Yogurt

L: Leftover Southwest Chopped Salad (with chicken from the crock pot and dressing I made from FF sour cream)

S: Raw green beans (not my favorite, I discovered) and Olive Hummus

D: More salad, Leftover Tortilla Soup from last night, black bean spring rolls

S: Probably dinner leftovers, possibly frozen yogurt

Overall, I expect to be well under 900 calories (more like 700) by the end of the day. And I should just about hit the protein goal!

I have my eight week post-op checkup this coming week, and I can't wait to see when I can add salads back in :)  Southwest chopped salad sounds delicious!

It so is! Mostly coleslaw mix, some romaine, canned tomatoes and chilies, black beans, taco-seasoned chicken, and dressing made of FF sour cream with chili powder and ranch mix in it. When I'm feeling in a crunchy mood, it's awesome!
