What's on the menu today, RNY-ers?
Good Morning!
Breakfast- 3 eggface bites!
Snack- half an apple- peanut butter (made w/ chike powdered peanut butter)
Lunch- half whole wheat sandwich thin, buffalo chicken breast, lorraine swiss cheese, baby spinach, 1/2 tsp olive oil mayo
Dinner- Crab legs w/ I can't believe it's not butter spray and either a couple steamed baby carrots or a couple of brussel sprouts
Snack- Enlightened Ice cream bar
I'll also fit a protein shake in here somewhere today :)
Oooh I have PB2 powdered peanut butter but I have only added it to shakes - I have never made it into peanut butter! Do you like it? I love crab legs. We just got a Joe's Stone Crab in DC and I am jonesing to go there. I also marked my calendar for 12 weeks post-op which is when I am allowed to reintroduce brussels sprouts. I cannot wait! Your menu today looks awesome. And I am so glad you also love the eggface bites. Thank god for Shelly!
Yep the PB makes good peanut butter. Not as salty but still very good. and 6 grams of protien :) Be careful when you add the brussel sprouts, when I first started I ate to many and they cause alot of gas which can be uncomfortable. But 2 or 3 no longer bother me :)

L: 1/2 Atkins Swedish Meatballs w/Mushrooms Tray
S1: Light String Cheese
S2: Turkey Jerky 1oz before workout
D: 1/2 Homemade Chicken Salad Wrap w/Cheese; made with light mayo,mustard,celery on a half flatout wrap
S3: TBD
E: 45 mins on Elliptical, Upper body strength training this evening
W/Vites: On target
