So I went to the G6 trampoline park for an hour of airobics. Kicked my you know what - I had to rest part way thru it, but it was a hard workout. I always feel younger than I actually am, and slightly tweaked my knee with all that bouncing. But I will definitely do it again.

I did something similar on Sunday!  We have an indoor trampoline park called Sky Zone and I checked it out just for fun.  I could definitely see the potential workout!

We have an indoor trampoline park here and I have never thought about going...but you have inspired me to find out more about it!

YAY FOR YOU on a full hour--rest or not! :)

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

I am jealous.  We don't have a place here that offers airobics, but I would love it and so do it.
