Oh, and about the calcium.  Any brand of calcium citrate is fine.

MissCalla - you are my favorite person today!  I just googled "oopsie bread" and I have to try it!  Please make sure to comment back and tell us the exact recipe you used (some call for cream of tartar, some for baking powder) and how it turned out!  I hope I can separate eggs :)

Time Since Surgery:  6 1/2 months

B:  One hard boiled egg, one slice turkey bacon

L:  One grilled turkey burger/one half piece melted provolone cheese/1tbsp marinara sauce,  and 2 small round pickled beets

S:  protein shake

D: 2 oz grilled porkchop, 3 pcs brussel sprouts w/butter

S: 1/2 Dannon Lit N Fit greek yogurt / with 4 chocolate chips mixed in

Will try to add in some cucumber/tomato/onion salad (small portion) somewhere today - I have a taste for it..

V:  On track - ughhh, they make me so nauseated ! but I keep plugging away at them

W:  I have 2 coffee's/3water's/2 diet Noni Berry Snapples today

Soooooo envious - brussels sprouts are a huge craving I have, but I am not allowed until week 12.  I literally have a reminder in my calendar for when I can have brussels sprouts :)  I love turkey burgers too.  Your menu looks awesome!

d- protein shake w 1/2 banana 

w- lots trying to get 64 in

Hi Regina, are you on day 2 of a pre-op diet?  I had two weeks of a liquid diet!  Two saving graces for me were: Chicken soup with unflavored protein powder and the Bariatric Foodie's Guide to the Perfect Protein Shake book.  Good luck!  Day 1 was the worst and it only got better after that!
