I hear you.  I came home on Wed and am still sore.  Today was the first day I didn't use pain meds.  I may try tylenol just to take the edge off.  Not sute it will work but I have nothing to lose.  Best of luck with your healing. and hoping all goes well for you.

For me, having surgery was an easier way of losing weight and keeping it off than dieting.  I'm guessing that's true for most people here, because if it was easier for you to lose weight by dieting, then why would you have had surgery?

I don't think there is anything wrong with choosing the easiest way to do things, though.  I do that in most of my life.  I just finished eating some cheese, which I bought from the store.  I did not milk a cow and then use that  milk to make cheese.  Buying it at the store is easier.  I don't know many people that prefer to do things the hard way.

Yeah, I did the laundry today and didn't use the rocks down by the river, or lay the wash out on the line to dry!

Glad to hear you're home and it sounds like you're doing fairly well to get off pain meds already. Take it easy, follow your plan and you'll do fine
