I'll be keeping you in my prayers. It's hard at any time to get concerning medical news, but not having your husband with you makes it so much harder. Please think about reading out to those close to you for support, as well as this forum. I don't know why you have chosen not to share the news with your sister but it always has helped me in the past to lean on ppl closest to me. Take care!

Take care!I actually called her today to talk to her, she was still sleeping and then had to work. She has a lot going on. I will talk to her.
Hope the following helps: These two last weeks, I've accompanied my mother through a biopsy and then a breast removal four days later. Surprisingly, neither procedure caused much pain and only a 24-hour stay in the hospital. She was allowed to eat within two hours of surgery. Tylenol was used sparingly for discomfort and she rated her pain levels under "2" every time a nurse asked. The incision staples came out within seven days but the drain tube needs to stay in for two weeks total.
