Late to the party today!  :)  Hey everyone

Breakfast- 3 egg face breakfast bites

Lunch- Chike Coffee protein shake

Snack - 5 olives, colby/jack cheese stick

Dinner- Baked pork chop, 5 petite brussel sprouts

Scoobyluvr1, That menu is very similar to mine yesterday.  I have to say that I loved my pork chops & brussel sprouts.  I was giving my family dirty looks for not leaving leftovers lol

I am doing this post after the days eating is done, so no guessing this time.  AND I know I cant change my mind LOL

B  2 cups coffee w/ sf creamer, then leftover baked cauliflower casserole..... yes for breakfast.   Here is the recipe if interested

Haha if you read through the post I think a good number of us eat dinner for breakfast :) Cauliflower bake sounds great! I'm gonna put cauliflower to use in my life - I have big plans for pizza crusts and fake rice :) Your menu sounds seriously awesome. Thanks for sharing the links!

Today was not quite on track but I'm posting anyway - life happens, folks!

Snack (pre-gym) - protein drink

Breakfast(post-gym)  - soy SF latte

Lunch - 3 oz. slice Buffalo Chicken breast rolled around guacamole (Holy Guacamole 100 cal pack), a few strawberries

Snack - Light 'n Fit Greek yogurt

Dinner - Asian lettuce wraps (recipe from Cooking Light) and strawberries

1 hour workout with trainer

All vitamins!

B - Lean Cuisine Apple Almond Oatmeal

S - string cheese

L - Franks Red Hot Buffalo Chicken Breast & edamame

S - rest of the pack of edamame

D - 3 ounces of Filet Mignon (OMG) and about 1/4 cup of sweet potato

S - was dying after Zumba ... had some pimento cheese on a cracker

1175ish calories

1 hour of zumba with a 10 minute elliptical kicker

Vitamins on board
