Breakfast- 3 egg face breakfast bites
Lunch- Chike Coffee protein shake
Snack - 5 olives, colby/jack cheese stick
Dinner- Baked pork chop, 5 petite brussel sprouts

I am doing this post after the days eating is done, so no guessing this time. AND I know I cant change my mind LOL

Today was not quite on track but I'm posting anyway - life happens, folks!
Snack (pre-gym) - protein drink
Breakfast(post-gym) - soy SF latte
Lunch - 3 oz. slice Buffalo Chicken breast rolled around guacamole (Holy Guacamole 100 cal pack), a few strawberries
Snack - Light 'n Fit Greek yogurt
Dinner - Asian lettuce wraps (recipe from Cooking Light) and strawberries
1 hour workout with trainer
All vitamins!

B - Lean Cuisine Apple Almond Oatmeal
S - string cheese
L - Franks Red Hot Buffalo Chicken Breast & edamame
S - rest of the pack of edamame
D - 3 ounces of Filet Mignon (OMG) and about 1/4 cup of sweet potato
S - was dying after Zumba ... had some pimento cheese on a cracker
1175ish calories
1 hour of zumba with a 10 minute elliptical kicker
Vitamins on board
