Yeah well, my Fitbit had me just under 10,000 steps and I wanted to hit my goal and be able to collapse on the couch -- It made me feel good in the long run. Woke up this morning for Weigh in Wednesday and had actually lost a good bit of weight for the week (3.4 pounds) which is kick ass, especially at a year out. Made me feel like it was a good decision!!

D - Eggface Ricotta Bake (I had it for the first time, it was great!)
S - Syntrax Matrix Mint Cookie shake (I just got this in the mail...so yummy)

Exercise - Walking, nothing major yet.
