Thanks, Scoobyluvr! The hike was muddy but awesome. We did almost 4 miles and it was hilly so my FitBit registered 19 floors! Whoa!

Your menu looks delicious. I craved sweets last night for the first time since surgery. May have to invest in some sugar free chocolate. I had a caramel calcium citrate chew and that satiated me :)

Hey Candy! Being from Michigan I know what you mean about 65 being a heat wave! I put on a tank top in this weather and everyone thinks I'm crazy!!!

It sounds like you had a lucious day! It got to 54 here in MA.  We got out and just made a day of it.

I got to the gym early and did my cardio and have had all vitamins today.

B  Isopure Protein drink while going and coming home from the gym

S  20 2" Red Bean Spicy Queso baked chips about 75 cal (love that crispy sensation)

L  Family wanted the Cracker Barrel for lunch. They do have good veggies. About 2oz grilled chicken, 1/4 c pinto beans & 1/4 c turnip greens with cider vinegar

D  We're about to have shrimp ****tail which I love! Small amt of romaine dipped in Caesar dressing

                Can't Never Did Nothin !!

You don't have a Sam's Club or Costco near you?  They are so much cheaper than buying Premier shakes on Amazon (which is weird because Amazon is usually cheaper for everything).

Hey Sonja! Thanks for the tip! Sadly the only Costcos are in VA and MD. We don't have one in DC. I occasionally do go to the one in VA with a friend and I will stock up when I do! I think it's $43 for 18 cartons on amazon. I don't even want to know how cheap they are at Costco!!!!
