Yum - you have some good stuff on your menu!  What is a pizza bite?  Is it egg based?  92 g of protein - I have never in my life reached that number.  I need to make sure to include protein shakes more often...it's the only way for me to really get high protein numbers.

Yes is an eggface bite! It's pepperoni, olive, mushroom, and tomatoes and the rest of the yummy stuff! When you are as far out as I am you will get there, it's all about choices.

How do you like the cauliflower pizza crust?  I'm so intrigued.  Pizza is my favorite food, so I'm obviously going to avoid eating the real stuff because I always over do it.  But I'm really looking forward to trying the cauliflower crust (I see so many recipes on pinterest).  Do you like it?  Is it relatively easy to make?

Yes I really liked it.  It is a little more work than the cream cheese crust pizza which I also enjoy but I do think the cauliflower makes it more similiar to traditional crust.  This is the recipe I used.  If you have a food processor it's really not that bad, if you don't you will have to rice the cauliflower by hand with a grater.

Cauliflower Crust Pizza

Ingredients
•4 cups raw cauliflower rice (about one medium head)
•1 egg, beaten
•1/4 cup frigo shredded parmesean cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozarella cheese
•1 teaspoon dried oregano
•pinch of salt
Instructions
1.Preheat your oven to 400F.
2.To make the cauliflower rice, pulse batches of raw

cauliflower florets in a food processor, until a rice-like

texture is achieved.
3.Steam cauliflower rice in microwave covered bowl for

4 minutes.
4. Dump the Cauliflower rice on to a clean thin dish

towel,  once it cools enough to handle twist it up,

then SQUEEZE all the excess moisture out! It’s

amazing how much extra liquid will be released, which

will leave you with a nice and dry pizza crust.
5.In a large bowl, mix up your cauliflower rice, beaten

egg, cheese, and spices. (Don’t be afraid to use your

hands! You want it very well mixed.) It won’t be like

any pizza dough you’ve ever worked with, but don’t

worry– it’ll hold together!
6.Press the dough out onto a baking sheet lined with

parchment paper. (It’s important that it’s lined with

parchment paper, or it will stick.) Keep the dough

about 1/3 thick, and make the edges a little higher for

a “crust” effect, if you like.
7.Bake for 35-40 minutes at 400F. The crust should be

firm, and golden brown when finished.
8.Now’s the time to add all your favorites– sauce,

cheese, and any other toppings you like. Return the

pizza to the 400F oven, and bake an additional 5-10

minutes, just until the cheese is hot and bubbly.
9.Slice and serve immediately!

If your looking for something more fast and easy, you could make yourself a pizza on a low carb tortilla, that's something I do sometimes as well.

Awesome!  Thank you so much for that recipe!  I can't wait to try it.  I figure'd I'd try the low carb tortilla as well (I love those recipes on eggface) but I'm thinking something a little thicker might be needed sometimes :)  Thanks for taking the time, it sounds delicious and will be something I make as soon as I get of pureed foods!

THANKS!

Yes, thank you!!! I am going to make this as well. I can't wait. I also crave pizza. It's the only good I've given up that I frequently mourn ;)
