We had an electric Edenpure heater and a gas fireplace to keep it in the 60 s till they repaired the furnace. Over $500 ouch!
Yes the bug got me back to 129. I don't think I can maintain it but it looks good on the scale. Lol
There is some magical draw to going down to the next decade in weight, even if it is just a few pounds.

B: Coffee with sugar free creamer (the italian cream flavor), 5 mini lemon girl scout cookies. (SERIOUSLY SONYA?? Yes. I ate them. I admit.)
L: 3 oz roast beef. 2 Tablespoons mashed potatoes (made with skim milk and I can't believe its not butter spray). 1 small carrot. I didn't finish alllu of this.
Snack- Kiwi (one), light string cheese, click protein coffee
Dinner: Trader Joes Chicken Chili Burger (just the patty, plain). 1/2 serving baked sweet potato fries.

Totals: 951 calories (minus what I didn't finish at lunch) 70 G protein, 35 grams of fat. 94 G carbs (ugh! Stupid cookies!)
On a positive- 2 awesome things happened this week.
#1- I made it to ONEDERLAND! WOOHOOOO!
#2 For the first time in a very long time- I bought clothes from a non plus size store in a non plus size department! I was so excited I cried. AND... I found a red XL cashmere sweater-- Retail $112 -- (which I could NEVER AFFORD!)-- I got on clearance for $12.50!
Have you tried other Tera's Whey proteins? I bought coffee and it was HORRIBLE. The best I can do is mix it with my Jay Robb chocolate and drink it quick.
