What's on the menu today, RNY-ers?

I cannot comment on the actual 170 being correct, a chicken cooked with skin on is going to have higher calories than one cooked without skin, even if you remove the skin before consuming.

That said, 170 seems high, but the way the rotisserie chickens are cooked is to keep rotating them and to encourage the fat to remain in the bird, which is what makes them so moist and DELISH and so I can see it being higher. I'd look at the breakdown in MFP....is the increase largely due to fat calories?

As far as water...put a reminder in your smartphone and each hour make sure you've had X amount of water.

Very good points, PHM!  I guess that's why it's sooooo delicious!  I will stick with the 170 calorie assumption in MFP then.  Looks like I will have a lower quantity of food while I work my way through this deliciousness :)  I have at least 3 meals out of it.

Oh no concerns here...I love salt lol.  I don't eat carbs post-op but I am totally a salt-monger.  No wonder they taste so good :)

If you don't have high blood pressure I wouldn't worry about it.It does make life easier sometimes buying pre-made items.I buy salad stuff ready to use

Yeah, I live in an apartment in DC and I don't have a grill :(  So to get grilled chicken, often Trader Joe's is the way to go.  I do have an awesome hole in the wall Peruvian rotisserie chicken restaurant a block away, but as I am finding out, that chicken tastes so good because it's more calories!  Sigh...

WOW your menu sounds awesome, every bit of it.  I don't really get off on greek yogurt, though I wish I did.  I think for the carbs, I want it to be more delicious than it is lol.  I did buy a Light and Fit banana cream flavor, so one day when I have 80 calories leftover for the day and don't need to get 20-30 grams of protein in (which is usually the case, so I go for a shake) I will try it!  I just heard about something amazing called BACON JERKY.  I am scared to try it because I may die of happiness :)  I know the salt will be off the charts but yummmmmmm

The light and fit Greek and yoplait is really good. I don't like all Greek yogurts. Key lime yum!  Only 10 carbs and 13 protein in yoplait 100 calories

bacon jersey! Omg. I would not get any, my DH an DSs would eat it all. I get turkey jerky because they think it is nasty. I will never let them try it. Lol

We'll I got a stomach bug  Wednesday that my DH had last week. First time since RNY. So needless to say I didn't eat what I had planned.  I had a stomach ache all afternoon and evening but never threw up like DH did. Probably cause I didn't eat. I drank 150 oz and it seemed to help

breakfast. 2 coffee w creamer and Splenda. Greek yogurt

lunch. Tortellini soup

snack. Greek yogurt.

Chicken broth, lemon water, mint tea

A few wheat thin crackers
