B:  Coffee with vanilla bean protein powder and 1/4 cup skim milk

S:  banana

L:  ham, pepper jack cheese, 1 slice light bread and Yoplait 100 cal Greek yogurt - strawberry shortcake

S:  Perky Turkey Jerky - 1 oz

S:  2 Magnificent Middle Meatballs (World According to Eggface). Made these last night- they were really good!

       Lettuce salad with fat free western dressing 

Water:  80 oz done

Vitamins:  1/2 done. Other 1/2 later tonite

Exercise:  Nope :(

Hey guys, it seems I always come back to OH when I'm trying to "get back on track" or at least to be more accountable for my eating decisions.  So here it goes:

B: Egg,spinach, green onion omlet

L: Salad and rotisserie chicken

S: Greek Yogurt and PB2

D: Cauliflower Pizza
