What's on the menu today, RNYers?
Breakfast: 2 Slices Turkey Bacon, 1 banana
Snack: Protein shake
Lunch: black bean dip
snack: honey nut cheerios
dinner: spaghetti squash and turkey meatballs
on my second to last week of my 10k program, did 4 miles today
I'm still struggling with snacking too much, I just keep telling myself that a bite isn't going to kill me, or I ran this morning so it's fine. But I know I'm just hurting myself in the long run. Need to pick up my cross stitching again. It's always in the afternoons once all my cleaning is done and I'm watching tv that I do it.
