What's on the menu today, RNY-ers?
Good afternoon, OH friends!
Had a great weekend with my best friend from home who was in town :) Walked 15,000 steps yesterday - over 6 miles! Only bad part was that this morning I ate my breakfast too quickly since we were tired from the time change and had to leave for the airport and I got the worst case of the foamies! I think it scared my friend :( I had to reassure her a ton of times that that is NOT normal!
B: 1 Oz chicken, 1 Oz shrimp, I Oz onion with a pinch of cheese, .5 tbsp sour cream
L: leftover chicken kebab from yesterday (3 Oz) with 2 tbsp hummoua
D: a friend is hosting some of us from work and making chicken lettuce wraps. Wow chicken for all three meals?! I just realized!
E: I am straight up CHILLING today. No exercise planned whatsoever!
V: so far I am on track!
W: 30 Oz down the hatch so far

I've been taking it easy today. Hubby and I went out for lunch so I didn't have to cook.
B A serving of Nashua Nutrician Protein Cocoa cereal 120 C / 9g Carbs / 15 g Protein + 4 oz skim milk (Cereal is very good like Cocoa Puffs
L 2 chicken meatballs w/marinara sauce 1/4 steamed broccoli
S Soy chips
D 3 oz Boars Head ham small serving cooked spinach
Vitamins ok and fluids on schedule I take Sundays off from Cardio

L:Clams they were not very filling so I had some cheese
D:scallops and maybe a sugar free tapioca pudding
S:Yogurt
Vitamins on track.I danced in my kitchen while doing the dishes well during doing the dishes
It was a great day.
Sorry about the foamies. I've only experienced them once (knock on wood) & it was very early out. Not an experience I wish to duplicate.
B: protein coffee
L: 2oz deli ham with pepper jack cheese heated in the skillet. Yummo!

S: another ham & cheese roll, cherry Greek yogurt

Foamies with your bf. Wow I bet that will go on the list of firsts we experienced together! Poor thing.
B - chicken sausage 1 oz, 1 oz swiss cheese
L- 1/4 cup black beans, the remaining 1 oz turkey sausage, salsa, and 1/8 c feta cheese
S- shake (still not done with it). Tried 5 oz of Isopure mango (came prepared not the powdered) (40 grams for 20 0z)
D-in the crock pot, chicken with spices
Vit on track, heading out for a walk being that its nice weather and then 30 min curves
