Hello from "Standing on the corner" town of Winslow, AZ

Things are okay here. Not much of an appetite today. Bad day for RA and Fibromyalgia. I took my methotrexate shot a night early last night from the pain. Feel much better today  just not hungry at all.

B: 1 scrambled egg with 2 TBLSP green chilies, taco seasoning, and 2 TBLSP hamburger, 1 TBLSP shredded cheese

S: Just sipping on my isopure and crystal light (don't think I will hit my 80 protein without the isopure today) (spoonful of peanut butter and honey if blood sugar drops)

L: Oikos Greek Yogurt

S: Isopure with crystal light (spoonful of peanut butter with honey if blood sugar drops)

D: Carmelized garlic porkchop (pouch does not usually like pork so I will try this) and maybe some asparagus

S: prob spoonful of peanut butter. Will see when the time comes -

nothing sounds appetizing today but this is the plan

And of course all vitamins and stuff at the appropriate times

Was a beautiful day here today it was 73 degrees.Spent most of it with my son at the orthopedic doctors. He has to have knee surgery again. He is not happy about it.But life goes on and we have to make the best of it.

B:Coconut yogurt with a teaspoon of choco chips

L:Crab legs from Chickie and petes Their menu is so bad. But the crab was good just had it plain with none of the oils that you can dip it in.

D:Roastbeef and swiss cheese wrap. The wrap is only 90 calories and has 9 grams of protein and 16 carbs and 9 grams of fiber.I will see how I do with it.It is called Flatout Light. It was really good.I usually don't eat by myself but I was hungry  and did not want to eat a snack at five in the afternoon.I also didn't want to pick and eat because of stress.

S:Yogurt I am guessing.

Vitamins are good.

I did drink half of an Isopure protein drink. They are gross but I had one left and I knew I would be low on protein today.
