I love hard boiled eggs but they don't like me.You should be so proud of yourself going to Zumba for the first time.You will have fun I am sure.

If I have a snack it will be yogurt.
My 17 year old is heading to DC on a 17 day high school civil war trip today, how is the weather? She has sprained both ankles so far, she sounds better today though. She has been in the Richmond area for the last week.
My menu as planned:
B-2 poached eggs
L- 1/2cup refried beans
2 T. Low fat cheese
S-protein shake
DL-turkey soup w/carrots and celery cut up very fine
S- 1/2 cup silk almond milk with extra fiber and protein

Dee-she sprained both ankles while on the trip?! That's horrible! I'm so sorry! Well the weather here is insane-it's currently 70 degrees and overcast. It's starting to get windy. While the northeast is getting a ton of snow via Winter Storm Vulcan, we are getting rain today and then a high of 30 tomorrow!!! I hope your daughter is able to enjoy the trip despite her injuries. Poor girl :( Em

D: homemade beef tips/noodles (for family) Baked Tilapia / Spinach for me
S: Greek yogurt (half), handful of Veggie sticks while watching tv
W: On track - I'm going to slow down (for a few days) because I am in the bathroom ALL day, can't get anything done because I have to pee every five minutes. Weird that it just started happening but I've been drinking the same amount of water since surgery 7+ months ago.
E: 25 minutes on treadmill, 35 minutes swimming, long walk with dogs

D. 250 ml tomato-veggie soup with meatballs and a fiber-knäckebröd with real butter (160 kcal, 11 grams carbs, 11 grams protein)
S. miscellar casein protein shake, mixed with jus****er (26 grams of protein, 0.2 gram carbs and 106 kcal)
0.9 liter of dandelion tea
0.75 liter of delicious amsterdam tap water (bes****er in the world!)
it was an awesome spring day, so i decided to hang out in the amsterdam forest with my dog and have lazy food. :)
