in holland we are adviced 60-80 grams protein and not more, because the body can not store protein that isn't used immediately and the kidneys will have to over-process protein and over a longer period, they can get damaged. not enough protein is bad as well... so i always find it a bit tricky.  i try to stay with natural sources of protein and oonly use shakes and bars sometimes.
