Yesterday I was just in a mood/slump and have no idea why. Lately it have been that way, maybe it is time to visit the therapist. What I really need to do is start back concentrating on me and really hit it hard at the gym! When I don't go, I so miss it terribly and I really get depressed because I know the reason why I could not make it. So no more of that BS!!!! Anywho....

Time since surgery: 14 months and 6 days

B: Protein coffee, 1/4c eggwhites scrambled with 1/8c blue cheese crumbles, 1 slice turkey bacon

S1: 1 oz Turkey jerky

L: 3.5 oz baked Chicken Tenderloin with gravy and fajita veggies (last of the leftovers)

S2: 4 pieces Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites with 1/8c blue cheese dip low fat (homemade for both items)

D: 2 baked chicken wings, 1/4c cooked broccoli

S3: TBD... need to up my calories

E: 45 mins Elliptical, 30 mins total body weights

W/Vites: On target

Totals... Calories 818, Protein 102 grams, Carbs 23 grams, Fats 32 grams

It was a well-deserved shout out - that recipe looks awesome!  Those moods are tough - and yeah, if they start affecting your ability/desire to exercise, that in turn makes the mood worse...and it's like a vicious cycle!  Maybe just keep in mind the AMAZING transformation you have made.  Although you want to lose 30 more lbs, think how healthy you are and how good you look.  And how small you are!  You have come so far - way too far to let a mood derail you.  And therapy isn't a bad idea for any of us, frankly, lol!  I have thought about seeing someone.  I am in a good place so far but I think I may look into it. 

I get so jealous of your tiny pouch.  2 wings for dinner.  Ugh, I can easily eat more meat than that at only 12 weeks out.  Grrrrr.

I have never made 102 g of protein in a day.  Did you ever lose hair?  I haven't yet (knock on wood) but we will see if I am singing the same tune in a month.  I am terrified to be honest.

Therapy is a good thing.I like it because I can tell them anything I want.I don't have to worry about telling the same story over and over again.Friends are great but they do get sick of listening to us.Well at least mine did.

You are so right that I need to not get derailed and to keep focus I have came so far that I know for a fact I don't want to go back!!!! Actually, my hair grew instead of it falling out.

When you get further out you will be able to hit 100 + protein, I had thought the same. My pouch is so small that I have to break my meals up to 6 and I am still amazed that I get full so quickly. I am really pushing it eating two chicken wings but we shall see if i can handle it. ;)

Hey everyone, I've been MIA for a few days, little one has another cold which means sleepless nights for momma! She seems to be feeling better. The scale finally moved! Can't wait to get back to the gym today. 

My eats for the day:

breakfast: ham and Swiss bite (reg size muffin tin) with some avocado on the side, 1 1/2 bacon. COFFEE!!!! Finally found a sugar fee one that doesn't make me sick, so it helps lower my carb numbers

lunch: going to have a salad with some ham, turkey, and cheese chopped up

dinner: grilled chicken thigh and salad maybe some rice...

snack: nature valley protein bar, protein shake, a Strawberry Greek yogurt with mini chocolate chips

v: about to take them

w: first 24oz poured need to get on that! My goal is 3-4 of these

e: signed up for classes that are like personal training but with about 10 other people so doing that tonight.

cal: 1034 c: 54 p: 90 pretty happy with my numbers

Awwwww sorry to hear about your little one :(  I feel so bad when kids are sick.  They don't know that it will pass, they just know they feel like crap!

I'm glad to hear the scale moved, and awesome that you signed up for small group personal training.  I hope you love it.  I can do group sessions of four people at my gym but I feel like I need to be fitter before I can work out with others.  It's annoying because at midnight each night, the sessions are available online to choose, and I have to hurry and schedule one at 12:01 (as in, Wed night at midnight the Fri schedule is published - I have unlimited training but some of the sessions are small group).  So I stay up until midnight every night just for that lol.

I haven't tried a salad as a meal yet.  Just eat the meat or tuna off the top of it.  One of these days I will.  My poor body probably wants greens! Your menu sounds good and your numbers are awesome.  Have a great class tonight!
