I am now 7 months post op - still can't post pics, but you can see my monthly blog on my progress and see monthly uploaded pics in my album. I feel great - never imagined I could lose 74lbs and 50.75 inches in 7 months. All of the weight was lost as of my surgery as I wasn't required to have a pre op diet. Anyway, this forum is my saving grace as I try to figure this all out, so a big shout out to ya'll, and wishing everyone feels that they made the right decision having WLS surgery, as I do. Have a fantastic weekend.
BTW - I wasn't posting much since I was working out of town all last week - now I'm back till Thursday, then off to Singapore for 2 weeks of business.

Referred to Guelph, Dec. 3/12. Orientation: Mar 7/13. NUT/SW/RN Jun 18/13. Nutrition Class Jul 3/13. NUT/SW/RN Aug 19/13. Post-op Nutrition Class Dec 30/13. Approval for surgery from Dr. Jules Foute Nelong Feb 10/14. Surgery Apr 23/14.

Awesome on your weight loss. I am a little over 2 months from surgery I already feel like a new person.

It's amazing how much we change in a short amount of time, thanks to this surgery. Congratulations on your terrific weight loss after just 2 months. Hope you are doing well.
