I really enjoyed reading your post today. Very insperational. I had my surgery on 10/30/13. I have lost 69 pounds and I feel great too!!! It is amazing how my whole body doesn't constantly ache!! I hope that anyone considering RNY reads this post. I also always enjoy your what's on the menu posts........actually I look forward to reading it. It is so helpful to see what everyone else is eating...sometimes that is still a struggle for me.
OMG you have lost soooo much weight for such a low starting weight!!! Way to go! I love that you love the daily post too :) I'm gonna post it in a few minutes. I hear ya on the struggle - for me, I can find a lot of great protein options but with having 3 meals and no snacks, it's hard to pack protein in.
Great post :) I appreciate your honesty and don't we all love a detailed story :) You are both awesome and inspiring. You must feel so much better. Thanks for sharing, its very encouraging!

You are doing a great job.I look forward towards your posts.You are always so upbeat and caring towards everyone.It is hard to change and you are changing.You look great.I think people don't notice your weight loss they never noticed it before because they see you not your body.They see a kind caring person.
I do like the what are you eating today posts.I do like to see what other people are eating.
