So sorry to hear about your dinner (or rather post dinner experience).  I haven't had anything that last that long, but other than that it sounds exactly like what happens to me whenever I eat something that doesn't agree with me or eat too fast.  It's the trifecta of foamies, hiccups and throwing up.  Not pleasant at all.

B - Fage 2%

L- Premier Protein Shake

D - FF Refried Beans with fire roasted peppers and unjury "protein'd cheese sauce"

Cals 588 Carbs - 34 Fat 16 Protein - 78

W -good

E - walking for 45 min

V- only 1/2 so far

Today's goal is to drink 20oz more of water than I have been (to get close to 90 oz) but that seems like it might be tough.  Have a great day everyone!

Thanks, Dodgergirl!  Yes, it was crazy that it just went on and on and on...I hope to NEVER experience that again!  I didn't think it was dumping since I didn't experience any sweating or heart-racing or anything.  But since apparently hoisin sauce has a LOT more sugar (carbs) than I thought, I was just nervous...

I have wondered how the Unjury protein cheese sauce is?

Your ratio of protein to calories is awesome.  It's having that shake that ups it so.  Awesome job!

Hi DCgirl,

I would recommend the Unjury cheese sauce, BUT I will say it's not like normal cheese sauce.  It's good, but I only use it on nights when I really want something with a few more carbs (I try and do this one time a week to help with my fiber intake).  It's not like nacho cheese or anything, but it's decent and it helps me get my protein numbers up.

Hi Candy - I get into a rut too!  So you have had the long-lasting foamies before?  God, I thought I was paving the way for WLS patients everywhere!  It felt like I may never stop, and I was wondering how I would sleep!  Thank god it ended around 12:30.  Where do you buy your mint cookie syntax?  On amazon it's only like a 5 lb tub and until I try it, I want to try a sample or a smaller amount :)  YUM crab legs.

LOL @ truth hurts :)

Hi Everyone  - Weather here in OH is beautiful today. Spring is on it's way !

DCGirl - The foamies - yuck, I've had them, but never lasted 4 hours. Crushed ice chips are all I can stomach when it happens. Did want to say that my youngest son (16) was really sick (all night) he couldn't keep down Pepto or Immodium (threw them up). I stayed up with him right through this morning when he fell asleep about 9:00 am. He woke up about 1:00 pm this afternoon and is fine, nothing wrong. Eating me out of the house. When I called his school this morning they told me a ton of kids were out because of a stomach virus/flu bug. He had it less than 24 hours, no fever, no headache, just vomiting /stomach cramps.  We've all had the flu shot in January ? I'm thankful it only lasted a few hours...

B:  LitNFit Greek Yogurt w/berries and sliced almonds

L:  Protein Shake (SF Caramel syrup and Soy Lite)

S:  1/2 Peeled /cored apple with almond butter/topped with a few almonds,

V:  Yes

W:  Yes

E:  Started a running program I found online plus did 45 min stationary bike, 10 minute treadmill, swim at gym

Hey Debb!  Yeah, I have heard there is a bug going around.  I am pretty sure mine was chicken related.  It just went on and on and on...but regardless I am back to my stomach of steel and got in all my 65 g of protein today.  Just had an awesome workout.  I feel rejuvenated :)  I hope your steak went down well!  I don't eat steak but I used to and I feel like that could be hard to process...I hope it was great though!
