Missed your post yesterday, and I looked for it too. Don't know what I did wrong.

B: premier protein, chocolate.

L: sandwich-sourdough slice, sun dried tomato turkey breast, tomato. ( I've had a hard time eating deli meats, so unappealing, but with the toast, OMG it felt terrific to eat a sandwich again. I eat 1 slice of toast maybe once a week, it's my treat).

D: roast.

having trouble remembering to drink water! But vitamins are on target

That sounds sooooo good!  A piece of sourdough bread?  I used to eat sourdough bread but never just one piece ;)  Which is why I am scared to even have it now.  I'm glad you enjoyed your treat!

Not gonna lie..... I'm tired and lazy today.  Went to work at 6 and I could seriously go to bed right now and not feel guilty in the least!

B: Water, hot decaf tea (2 cups) and an Atkins shake on my drive to work (Yes, I had to pee as soon as I walked in!)

S: Light and Fit greek cherry yogurt w/Bear Naked granola sprinkled in.  Coffee.

L: Two turkey/swiss naked roll ups

S: Handful of cashews.  Coffee

D: I MIGHT have another turkey/swiss roll up but honestly, I'm just not that hungry.  I had my 3 large calcium chews when I came home and now I'm stuffed.  If I stay up long enough then I'll probably have that roll up if the hunger bug gets me.

Vitamins:  One iron tablet left which I'll probably take in another hour or so.

Exercise:  Yeah, right.  It's not happening today.  To be fair, I do walk a lot at work.  I work for a huge University and find excuses to run errands around campus whenever possibly especially since the weather is so awesome!

Water:  More than enough

I'm a little embarrassed to say but I really don't keep track of carbs, sugars (stay away from anyway) or fats.  Someone brought in 4 huge boxes of Russell Stover chocolates today and it didn't even phase me.  That is a good thing, of course!  I should invest in a fitbit.

That is SO awesome that you don't count and lose weight!  I find I have to meticulously count and measure and weigh.  Otherwise I just sneak in a few things here and there and suddenly my calories are more than they should be.  I'm impressed that you can do it on your own.  It's how "normal" people eat I would say :)

I would totally recommend a FitBit!  It is sooooo motivational.  I have the FitBit One and LOVE it.  I work in ed tech and we sell technology to universities and whenever we have a meeting on campus, we inevitably have the LONGEST walk to our meetings!  So I think you should track because you may be shocked how much you walk!

I probably should count what I eat but, for now, I really don't eat much and never graze so not really feeling the need to. However, it would be a very good habit to get into so I think I'll start!

If the fitbit can motivate the best motivator and positive member on this forum (yes, I mean YOU) then I'm in!  Thanks!

Oh, I have had the famines that dragged out for hours. Absolutely miserable...

I just ordered Syntax samples from bjsbariatrics.com They let you choose your own flavors. I love the lemon tea, fuzzy navel and the pink grapefruit (tried this one this morning). I tried the lemonade and it was ok. I hated the tropical fruit flavor. YUCK!

B: premier protein

S: yntrax pink grapefruit protein & 1 slice deli turkey, 1 slice pepper jack cheese

L: 1/2 cup chili, ccarbonated yogurt

S: 1/2 quest chocolate chip cookie dough protein bar

D: not sure yet, but if I am hungry I will probably have more chili

So far that is 648 calories & 87g protein. This is more calories than I usually eat, but I was hungry today. I do not think I will be hungry for dinner though.

Ok, I am glad I am not alone with the hours of foamies!  I seriously hope to NEVER experience that again!!!  Your menu is pretty awesome considering how many g of protein you get in.  We had RNY at the same time and I am usually around 650 or 700 calories.  How many do you usually eat?  I can't help but compare :)  I can't wait to order some samples and try this magical Sytrax... :) Em
