What's on the menu today, RNY-ers?
I'm only a LITTLE jealous lol. Have a great trip
B: 100 cal greek yogurt
L: 1/4 order of beans, chicken & cheese from a local Mexican restaurant last night
D: Making Kenyatta's bacon wrapped chicken & we are wrapping soem shrimp too
S: Jerky if I'm in the mood for salty & a protein shake if I'm in the mood for sweet
V&W: never a problem
E: some sort of core work
Hey Now!!!! Bacon wrapped shrimp sounds so good!!! Hmmm... trying that one this weekend! =)

Going kind of easy on the tummy today since I was sick yesterday.
B: yogurt with a tiny bit of granola
L: Chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, broccoli
S: 1/3 of a pear
D: Chicken, tomatoes, chilies, cheese, squash, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, a few pumpkin chips
S: I have no idea. If I have one, it'll probably be a banana or a lunchmeat/cheese rollup

I don`t particularly keep track; guess that`s why I haven`t lost that last 10-15 I want to lose to get to `normal`bmi.
However, B = 1 egg, 1 oz cheese, 1 turkey sausage patty
s = 1 protein shake (100 CAL)
l = 1 pce tempura shrimp, .5 piece tempura zucchini, 1 slice sushi
s = 1 oreo cookie, 2 slices deli meat
d = .5 avocado, pitted, topped with 1/8 c shredded cheddar and mozza, .5 tsp chipoltle and squirt lime, broiled... SO GOOD!!!
s = don't know yet.
3 was post op down 30lbs and stalled. Doc says stall is because I am not getting enough protein in. I have read lots about the week 3 stall... I don't know which it is but I am going to keep working on my goals.
struggling to get all my protein in
b- 1/4c cottage cheese 7g
l- 3-4oz lemon pepper tilapia 28g
D- no pasta lasagna 16g
v- missed my moring ones
e- 1st day back the gym since pre op walked 1.25 miles
s- I bought some samples of nector I am hoping it is better than the other protein drinks
W- 32oz so far :(
Protein goal 78 without protein drink I am at 51. Fingers crossed I like nector!
