haha...it's crazy right?  But my job is so sedentary I had no idea how I would get all my steps in without it.  I end up getting about 300 - 500 steps at a time (depending on how fast I go) and it really helps add up (I usually get about 2500 extra steps a day, I measure on my fitbit).  What's bad is when I jog too fast and get a little winded and I come out of the bathroom breathless, lol :)  I'm not sure that's doing me any favors at work, so I've tried to decrease the tempo a bit and that's helping (I think, no one has said anything:).

I would be SOOO curious if someone came out of the bathroom, panting!!!  Definitely may want to decrease the tempo ha ha!

Trust me, I have tried so many shakes - Isopure **** pre made Premier Protein (good for on the go), Inspire, Believe, Click, Blue Bonnet (hate) but Mint cookie Syntrax is the best I have found, for me personally.  I tried the cookies and cream this afternoon and it was also awesome.  It has these little bits of oreo cookie pieces.  Well probably not real oreos but that is what it tastes/feels like!  I ordered a whole sampler pack of 10 syntax matrix flavors from bariatric pantry.  There is also a bananas and cream, orange cream, vanilla, chocolate, strawberry and a few others.  But I am depressed to not have mint cookie so I am ordering a 2 or 5 lb tub :)

Hi DC!  Sunny here in NY but COLD!!!

6 months out and feeling great! 

B:  Greek yogurt, blackberries and a sprinkling of low fat, low sugar granola

S: Coffee w/low fat Lactaid

L:  Turkey roll up with low fat pepperjack cheese, 1/2 banana

S:  Quest Coconut Cashew bar

D:  Meatballs and some broccoli

V:  On track

W:  On Track

Hi yankeescl!  Glad to see your post :)  Welcome :)  So glad you are feeling great!  I am more than halfway to 6 months and feeling great as well.  What a good feeling.  And you are so close to goal!!!!!  Your menu looks good - I love a turkey and cheese roll up.  Spicy pepperjack is my favorite as well!  Stay warm - I walked outside for almost 2 miles this afternoon and my ears were numb lol.
