OT Any Medical People Know What This Is?

I noticed this on the tip of my thumb a few weeks ago.  I thought it was a blood blister but I don't recall injuring it.  It hasn't gotten smaller but it's stayed about the same size.  It is slightly raised and tender if I hit it.  I don't know if it's worth seeing a doctor about.

It kinda looks like a cherry angioma.  Nothing serious.  Google it!  ;)
