SouthernPeach, I am feeling MUCH more positive now (as opposed to this morning) but if I haven't lost a pound in seven weeks...well...I can't be sure I won't hysterically cry lol. I know, I know...it's not all about the scale, your body is changing, yada yada yada...but wow, good for you for getting through that.
I just walked 2 miles outside since I don't have time to exercise today. Too bad I was in my Nine West flats and not my sneakers so I wasn't trucking along all that fast. Every little bit counts though, right? :)
I bet Costco chicken tortilla soup is delicious. I love that place!

I am not a morning person at all.I have been up since five.Yuck.But I do take better care of myself when I get my arse out of bed.

Hello everyone! Hey DC! Hope everyone had a fabulous weekend. They go too fast. Well got 5 tubs out of the attic of smaller clothes. Sorted thru them and ended up with 1 tub of goal weight clothes. 1 tub of clothes for just before goal weight. 2 tubs of clothes that will fit me right now or very close! And one other tub of clothes that I will fit into next. If any of that makes sense. Lol. I have clothes from size 6-22! I can say now I can get rid of 18-22's.
Time since surgery: 14 weeks 4 days
B: 3 T southwestern egg eaters, 1/2 oz shredded cheddar cheese, 1 slice bacon, salsa
S: half lemon with salt
L: Hubby wanted McAlisters so I had 1/2 of a side salad no croutons and lite Italian dressing
S: 8oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 scoop strawberry protein powder
D: 2 oz grilled chicken breast, 1 oz grilled pork chop, 3 brussel sprouts
577 cals, 70g protein, 37 carbs, 24 g fat, 7 fiber
Another Beautiful sunny day here! My daughter and I went on a bike ride after dinner.

E: Taught my water aerobics class, parked the car to pick my kids up and walked for 15 min, parking the car far out in the parking lots when running errands, bike ride and I have all my steps in for the day before 6:00! Yay me!
