What's on the menu today, RNYers?
Good afternoon OH peeps! It's hailing here but I dragged my ass to the gym and I'm feeling pretty pleased about it lol :) I'm having weird meals today to use up leftovers :)
Time since surgery: 15 weeks
B: 2.5 Oz rosemary grilled chicken with 1/2 cup homemade guacamole (avocado, onion, jalapeño, salt)
L: leftover shrimp and pesto on shirataki pasta zero
S: Syntrax matrix shake-all the samples have been delicious! I'll try strawberry today :) With unsweetened almond milk
D: 4 Oz herb Dijon salmon from trader joes
V: one multi, one D, and 2 calciums down the hatch so far
E: did 45 minutes on the treadmill at 3.3 on hills and even JOGGED for 2 minutes! Then lifted weights for 40 minutes. Can't go tomorrow or Tuesday so I tried to pack it in!

Hi DC, this thread is so quiet on the weekends... Beautiful and sunny here, and we are above zero in temps, yahoo! Nothing wrong with leftovers, I love them and helps use all the groceries in the fridge! Good for you! And wicked on getting in two minutes of jogging, yippee, gotta start somewhere right! Awesome!!
B: one cup of unsweetened Almond milk with two scoops of chocolate protein powder (yes DC I took your advice and got the almond milk, love it)
L: open face quesadilla (no tortilla) just chicken, grilled bell peppers, shredded cheese baked in the toaster oven with a tablespoon of spicy salsa
S: four "Sunsweet" pitted prunes
D: 4 oz grilled chicken breast with one teaspoon of bold & spicy BBQ sauce and grilled asparagus on the BBQ (started up the BBQ today YAY!!!!!)
S: One babybel and half an apple with teaspoon of peanut butter
Stats: 703 calories 32 carbs 105 protein
Exercise: 12 km hike with the dogs and hubby, gorgeous day!!
Vitamins: all done just calcium & vit D to go in the evening
Water: at 72 oz and still going

Hello everyone! Hey DC! You are rockin it on the exercise! You put me to shame...
Time since surgery: 14 weeks 3 days
B: 1oz Cracker Barrel cheddar cheese, 2oz cracked pepper turkey (I was in a rush had to eat on way to church)
S: half lemon with salt
L: we had a pizza dinner after church so I had the toppings of a square cut piece of veggie pizza and a little bit of salad
S: 8oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 scoop strawberry protein powder
D: 2 oz ground sirloin taco meat, 1/2 oz 2% cb cheddar cheese! droplet of sour cream! lettuce, salsa
726 cals, 72g protein, 36carbs, 35g fat, 6 fiber

V: on track
E: Still hitting my goals of trumping the steps from the previous day. Even if it's by a couple hundred steps. I'm doing it! Went to a couple of Goodwill's to treasure hunt for some cute clothes in a smaller size. Found several items I hope to be in by the end of summer.
W: good job today!
Kind of a quiet day today. Kids were good, hubs was out and about. Was a nice change!
Time since surgery- a little over 4 months
B: coffee with sugar free vanilla creamer and a scoop of unflavored protein
L: 2 oz salmon and some yellow squash
D: 2.5 oz shrimp sautéed with yellow pepper, onion, and taco seasoning.
S: a few more shrimp- so yummy! A bit short on the protein so I'm sipping on an Isopure Dutch Chocolate made into hot chocolate. Top with some reddiwhip and it's an awesome night time snack!
E: cleaning. Lots of cleaning. And laundry. Lots of it. Meant lots of stairs.
