Constapated
I have constipation too. I do take a stool softener every day, I put 2 Tablespoons of Benefiber in my morning hot protein drink. I take a herbal capsule for bowel health. I try to get good fat (organic olive oil, coconut oil, fresh avacado, nuts & seeds, organic butter) into my diet daily. I also drink 100 ounces of non caffiene liquid daily. I eat raw veggies and fruit at lunch. I do have times when all that isn't enough and I take a dose of Miralax powder. Occasionally, I give myself a enema.
Try to exercise, even if it is just walking as that helps digestion & peristalsis of the intestines. It is an uncomfortable problem and I hope you get a regime going to help.
