What's on the menu today, RNYers?
Thanks, Regina! I feel the same way! I mean, I can do $100 a month if it means I can rotate through five items as often as I want. The shirt from today I will keep for a few weeks, but something else that arrived, I put it in the bag and shipped it right back. Now the next item will come. The items have reviews too so you can see if it runs big or small or if people like it. I'm obsessed! Let me know if you want to join and I can give you my code or a link.
Glad my Picts are not the only ones sideways lol
Very cute shirt. I am way to cheap for that, but sounds like fun. I shop Goodwill, Salvation Army and consignment, my closets overflow now that I get normal sizes (4/6) and have stabilized :) must. stop. shopping.

Hey Candy! My shopping is already out of control at a size 20/1x so I can't imagine if I get to single digits. Oy. I better get a big bonus next year! Although I already am planning for a tummy tuck and breast lift. Soo hmmmm I maybe need to win the lottery :)
I wish I liked the Jack Links turkey jerky but I can't get past the consistency :(
Have a nice evening and enjoy thinking about your mom. I'm so sorry about your loss - that must have been devastating. It's nice that you have a way to think about her.
Hello everyone! Hey DC! Washed and packed my suitcase for spring break now on to the family. Can't wait for 80-90+ degree weather!
Time since surgery: 14 weeks 5 days
B: 3 Parmesan crisps, 1 ranch tuna pouch I did not feel like cooking.
S: half lemon with salt
L: 2oz ground sirloin, cheddar cheese, salsa
S: 8oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 scoop strawberry protein powder
D: 2 oz pork chops, not sure what veggies yet
626 cals, 84 g protein, 27 carbs, 25 g fat, 7 fiber
V: on track
E: My goal now is to hit 10,000 steps every day. I also did 30 min on elliptical today. Taking kids to playground after school so I will walk instead of sitting on the bench!
W: need to get on it.
Have SO much fun on Spring break! Awesome goal to make your steps every day! Growing up in MI, we LIVED for spring break! To get away from the long and cold winter. :( Have an awesome trip, and when you get back, post sideways pictures lol! Make us jealous of the weather! I swear, it's not sideways on my computer OR in my pics here on OH, but it is in the post. Annoying :)
Awesome day for calories and protein today :) Totally inspiring! I haven't tried the flavored ranch/spicy tuna packets but perhaps I will. Do they need light mayo or you just eat them as is?
Haha! I can't figure out for the life of me how to post any pics here.
i prefer mayo in my tuna but I was really lazy this morning. I almost just skipped breakfast. I like the ranch pouch. The lemon pepper one tastes like cleaner and I don't like the hickory smoked one. The have 14-18 g of protein in them.
Thanks, Rachel! That is so nice of you to say! I was a newbie who was wondering if this would work for me. It's hard work, but worth it. I feel like a new person. I don't know if you are pre or post op but you can always come to OH to find support and answers to your questions (use the magnifying glass symbol at the top to search topics) and drop in on this daily post and let us know what you are eating after surgery so we can get ideas and inspiration from you :)
