Breakfast - lots of water and too much coffee. I wake up at 4:30 on the weekdays and usually don't eat breakfast until I get to work.
Breakfast #2 - 2.5 slices of bacon, huge seedless purple grapes and more coffee and water. We take turns at work bringing in something for breakfast on Fridays that everyone can enjoy. I'm so lucky to work with a special group of people that are always mindful of what I can and can't eat. Now and then someone will bring donuts or pastries and that's fine. My eating habits shouldn't hinder others and surprisingly I'm never tempted in the least.
Lunch - one ham/cheese roll up and a Babybel cheese.
Snack: Danon Light and Fit cherry yogurt and a few almonds. Did I mention even more coffee and water?
Dinner - No idea but probably a hunk of beef and some fruit or 1/2 of a sweet potato.
Right now I'm having hot decaf tea (I think I've OD'd on caffeine for one day!)
Vitamins - Yep
Liquids - yep
Excercise - meh.... Tomorrow I'll do a little extra to make up for today, however, I did do my usual walking around campus today. Lots of hilly areas helped.
I guess I really need to cut out this coffee habit that ha**** me all of the sudden. Rarely drank it before surgery but within the last month I've become a junkie for caffeine!
