Hi OH friends,

I am trying to fit 50 hours into a 24 hour day so please pardon me not replying throughout the day, but I will definitely be reading your posts (and from what I hear from others, this is a post that some people enjoy).

Time Since Surgery: Almost 4 months

B: Syntrax matrix mint cookie protein shake with unsweetened almond milk

L: The crockpot chicken from yesterday's post (posted recipe there)

D: Going to one of my FAVE restaurants, and will have dill shrimp (4) and brussels sprouts

E: None, sadly

W: 10 oz shake and 10 oz coffee down the hatch, working on my first 24 oz bottle of water

V: So far, on track

What's on your menu today?  Emily :)

Food Diary For: 6 Weeks 1 day Post op Down 39lbs. I have dropped 1 size!! I feel great I have been walking 1-2 miles a day but need to kick it up a notch. I am going out to dinner with the family tonight so I won’t have time to walk. I will have my first burger in 2 months (My favorite food) but I will be having a small bun less burger and skipping the bacon.   2 months ago this would have been a double burger with everything.

Howdy, DC!

It's been a HOT MINUTE since I've posted! I hate to say, I haven't seen your new avi...you may have had it for a while, but I just noticed it for the first time.  You're looking GREAT!

Been spending a lot of time looking up low carb and high protein recipes.  I'm not as worried about the fat...I wanna keep some of that in my diet.  But for lunch today, I'm making a breadless pizza.  Using cream cheese, eggs, and some shredded parmesan (plus spices).  Supposed to bake to the consistency of pizza dough.  Then you can top it with whatever.  I'll let you know how it turns out.  It just seems too good to be true.  But anything that doesn't require cauliflower is TOPS in my book.  (I have nothing against it...but I've done so many 'mock' cauliflower recipes, and it's kind of a pain in the ass).

B: Leftover burrito bowl from Moe's last night.

S: Dannon L&F Greek Yogurt (Mixed Berry...SCRUMS).

L: Working on that fake pizza!

S: Probably something cheesy or nutty.

D: Either leftover fake pizza or Moe's burrito bowl!

As usual, I drank my weight in coffee this morning (two cups being protein coffee).  On track with liquids, otherwise. And vitamins I'm on track, too!

Hope all is well your way, DC!

The mock pizza sounds great, it sounds similar to oopsie bread, where did you find that recipe. I have been craving pizza and I too restrict my carbs.

I bought these cute little little round bakers to put egg in them kind of like a crustless quiche

B:Egg quiche no crust

S:Power crunch bar

L:corned beef rolled up with swiss cheese and two pickles

D:Pork tenderloin with apricot and peach jelly  and red pepper flakes

S:Sugar-free candy not looking forward to the outcome but I wanted something sweet and there it was.

Vitamins done meds done. exercise eh could be better
