JJ0609, I've never heard of that diet.  Is it some kind of fasting thing?  I'm not here to shame you, and I hope no one else does either.  I would DEFINITELY up your protein and your water and see what happens.  I would also consider upping your calories.  Your body might be holding onto water and/or pounds because it needs more calories.  Also, I know (trust me) that we get so stuck on "the numbers," but you are at a very decent weight for your height.  You are even close to being underweight, with a BMI of 20.  Maybe your weight is where it should be??  If you've lost that much since November, you are probably at a normal stall, and you will likely lose more, it will just take quite a while.  Try to mix things up a little and see what happens.  I think we get so used to watching the scale move and losing, that we really don't know what to do with ourselves when we are actually done losing. . .I think you are fine, but it's ultimately your decision!

Thanks for your response and kind words.

“Let someone love you just the way you are – as flawed as you might be, as unattractive as you sometimes feel, and as unaccomplished as you think you are. To believe that you must hide all the parts of you that are broken, out of fear that someone else is incapable of loving what is less than perfect, is to believe that sunlight is incapable of entering a broken window and illuminating a dark room.”― Marc Hack

I love that you keep on with the coffee :)  I have a coffee every day too.  I just enjoy it!  I figure if I am not having alcohol or carbs, allow me salt and coffee lol!

No one would be safe if I quit coffee  :)

Salt and caffeine aren't the worst vices we could have.  I am keeping them both!

I could just cut and paste my response from all my other posts to this thread because that's how boring I am!  However, hires things are satisfying and I an a picky eater. Going to New Orleans next month where the food is the best!  I'll break out of my rut then but still stay on a healthy track.

Breafast - hot decaf tea (2 cups) and two cups of water

Breakfast in the car on the way to work - Atkins shake

Mid morning snack - Dannon light & Fit Cherry yogurt with granola

Lunch - one rolled up ham and cheese plus a light Baby Bel cheese

Snacks consist of almonds a couple of times a day

Dinner - a slab of beef and 1/2 sweet potato without butter

Oh, and about 5 cups of coffee a day plus more water.

Water - on track

Vitamins - completed

Excersise - the usual running around campus whenever I get the chance. Will probably join a gym very soon.

I can be boring too :)  Especially when I cook something and it's enough for 8 meals lol :)

Good for you for staying on track in New Orleans.  For me, that is probably the hardest place to stay on track!  All of the food is so rich and buttery and delicious :)  I need to stay away from there until I reach goal!

I thought about waiting until goal before going to NOLA but I love that place so much and it's calling my name. I'm sure I'll be able to stick to delicious seafood dishes modified a little and gumbo w/o the rice. It won't be easy in The Big Easy but I can make it work..... I think. The wonderful ****tails might be a challenge too!
