Book for protein counts
I was wondering if anyone know of a book that has all the protein, calories, fat and sugar grams of different foods. I could not find one at Walmart or Meijers.
Thanks!
I second myfitnesspal. Great website or app. I have logged every bit of food for close to two years now.

Thanks everyone. I signed up, but kinda messed up putting an item in and don't know how to correct it. Also wasn't sure to put down how much weight to lose per week, since I am almost 3 weeks out.
To delete an item from your daily food listing, just click on the minus sign in the red circle to the right.
I don't worry about goals for the week, I just put in my starting weight and update that number as I lose. The numbers it will give you will be very off, the program is not designed for WLS people. You can go in and adjust the daily goal amounts for all the nutrients that show up at the bottom of your daily food list.
Once you get the hang of it, I'm confident you'll be happy with it. It's easy and quick to use, and it's the only food journaling system I've ever been able to stick with for any length of time. Good luck!

One thing to be aware of, the numbers in MFP are not always right. I once put in an entry for steak, and it showed zero protein for example. You will often have multiple entries available for each item, so it's a good idea to take a look at a few of them and not use any which seem to be extremely high or extremely low. Once you make a few choices they show up in your recent list, and you can pick them more easily instead of having to look through the whole list all over again.
