Darn you egg

Ugh I wish I could eat scrambled eggs and not have to worry if it'll work or not. Nothing much worse than stuck egg.

I can usually do a boiled egg but this morning my wonderful son cooked for us and I tried that darn scrambled egg again. Lesson learned don't eat the egg again.

Do you eat eggs?  How?

I will crave an egg, then try and eat it, and then it just doesn't taste good to me. I have tried it all different ways and it is just a "no go" for me. I wi**** wasn't that way. I have never had it get stuck, just tastes bleh to me.

I eat mine soft scrambled with a piece of toast on the side. I add a little milk to the eggs and cook them on a lower temp. This gives you very moist and creamy eggs. If cooked at a low temp slowly you may have to use a spoon to eat them.

I only eat scrambled eggs that are cooked in the microwave and they have to be wet!  I scramble two eggs, with a splash of half and half, salt and pepper and in the microwave for 1m 30s and then 10s increments until they are "almost cooked" ie they leave a wet trace in the bowl

If they are cooked, the American way (in a pan), they are a no go for me too - way too heavy!

I'll have to try this, Kim. I love the taste of eggs. Maybe adding half and half will help.

I drink something prior to eating eggs.  My mouth isn't dry and they go down fine.  I'm not suppose to drink a half hr before hand but I learned from Kelly (poetkelly) that drinking before hand just pushed on out our pouch.  Sorry to rub it in but we just got back from brunch and I got my usual delicious omelette.  Brought half back for later!  By the way I don't drink once I start eating for at least a half hr afterwards.

My go to food in restaurants if there is nothing else I like are omelettes with lots of cheese and if available holladdaise sauce. Thankfully I have no issues with eggs.

Eggs usually do fine for me. I like my scrambled eggs very soft and moist, you can do this in a pan on the stove. Just use a heavy bottomed skillet, add a little milk or cream and cook over very low heat, stirring constantly. Gordon Ramsay has a great video about how to scramble eggs, they come out great. For some odd reason, eggs scrambled to a hard stage don't work at all, but I can eat hard boiled with no problem.  I've learned to take to heart a paraphrase of an old saying: The pouch wants what the pouch wants.

I like omelets with onions, peppers and cheese.  I can eat eggs any way, they don't bother me, I just don't care for scrambled very much.  I hate breakfast food, its all so heavy and gross to me.

I've been using EggBeaters to make scrambled eggs and don't have any problems, even though I make them pretty hard. This morning I was at my sister's and egg some regular scrambled eggs - totally didn't work for me - hurt my pouch :-(

Maybe EggBeaters would work ok for you too?
