Darn you egg

Thanks Melissa!  I have done Pam fried eggs and they do fine as do boiled eggs and a crustless quiche with lots of cheese and sour cream or Greek yogurt.  I'm thinking the scrambled are too dry.  I have eaten them a couple of times no problems but most times there is some discomfort.

The only way I can eat eggs is if I bake them into cookies. Or cake.

What cookies, cake?  I didn't know, lol.  Thanks for the laugh Grim.
