I just got past a five week stall.  I posted on here during a really low moment when I had just wanted to throw the towel in and quit.  I can't express how much the support I recieved made a difference.  I stuck to my game plan and the stall broke and I have had several days in a row in which I have been seeing the scale move again.

Stalls are necessary evils. So glad you've seen movement. It's downhill from here. LOL

Unfortunately some people experience stalls and some more than others. I have had my share of them. I have just experienced one for a few months and it looks like it just broke (I type with my fingers crossed as I have lost 1.5 lbs. but it keeps going back and forth LOL). I am glad you have broken through yours. I know how happy that feels. Keep up the faith and hard work. Diligence pays off.

“Let someone love you just the way you are – as flawed as you might be, as unattractive as you sometimes feel, and as unaccomplished as you think you are. To believe that you must hide all the parts of you that are broken, out of fear that someone else is incapable of loving what is less than perfect, is to believe that sunlight is incapable of entering a broken window and illuminating a dark room.”― Marc Hack

So happy that your stall broke! That's what I love about this group of people, they are so supportive. So now I know that when I stall, it is only temporary.
