What's on the menu today, RNYers?
Hey Sara! Sorry you experienced that :( I actually had the foamies last night for 1.5 hours from eating chicken too fast. By the time I got home from the hairstylist at 8:30 pm I was ravenous (hadn't eaten in 7 hours). And like you, although I knew I should eat slowly and chew well (this isn't my first time at the rodeo!), I scarfed down 3 oz and paid for it :( UGH. I get mad at myself when that happens. So yes, let's keep that in the front of our minds and not repeat our stupid actions! Yeah the hair appt was necessary to cover the grays, and the pedi is part vanity and part so that when I walk miles and miles a day, my toenails aren't pressing on my sneakers lol. Tomorrow is packing day so today is laundry day :) Enjoy your day and weekend!
Thanks Em! Sorry you were not feeling well either! Why do we do this to ourselves? I just ate a yogurt and my stomach is very tender! WOW! That cereal really did a number on me! Yikes! Hope everyone has a great weekend! Emily have a great trip!

You can put your vitamins in MFP too. Just make the entries like you would for a food item.

Yes I use MFP. I went under my foods, settings, meal names and added a category for vitamins. Hope this helps. Let me know.

Sara your menu is looking better! You have higher protein than carbs today! Way to go girl! And about your Raisin bran cereal, my centre told us to stay away from food like dried fruit (apple chips, dried cranberries) they are all full of sugar. Just like we should never eat a jelly bean or gummy bear. So maybe the high sugar content in the raisins and all that "bread" type food from the bran flakes just put your pouch in a state. Sorry to hear that. I hope you are feeling better soon. My husband eats Corn Flakes every day for breakfast and one day I had about four "flakes" and it felt so heavy in my pouch, have not tried it again.

Thanks for noticing menu changes. I am trying.

I was craving it plus it was very good for raising iron. BUT NOT GOOD for my pouch! I paid for it all the next day! I felt like I had a ton of bricks in my stomach all day and everything hurt my pouch. It was very sensitive. Even drinks. It was like nothing I had never experienced before.

I LOVE THIS THREAD; I learn so much!
I have BOXES of clothes to get rid of. I have so many nice clothes, I've been looking for someone to give them to. I am 4 lbs short of 100 lbs lost, I'm so excited.
Not a very good carb day. I generally start with a shake but I'm out of protein powder, time for a Target stop!
Dinner is TBD. I see a steak in my future I believe!
Cunning_Pam thanks for the heads up yesterday on my shrimp. I had picked the wrong thing in MFP!
