What's on the menu today, RNYers?
WOW! What an accomplishment! You will reach 100 lbs. very soon. I love this site too! I am addicted! LOL!
“Let someone love you just the way you are – as flawed as you might be, as unattractive as you sometimes feel, and as unaccomplished as you think you are. To believe that you must hide all the parts of you that are broken, out of fear that someone else is incapable of loving what is less than perfect, is to believe that sunlight is incapable of entering a broken window and illuminating a dark room.”― Marc Hack

You're very welcome! That's the one drawback to MFP, since it's like a Wiki in that anyone can make an entry, you have to be careful and use the entries that make sense. Some of them are WAY far off!
Pre-grats on Century Club status! Be sure to tell us when you get there (Like you won't celebrate, ha!) so we can all cheer for you then.

Hi Em and my fellow menu pals! I am sure your blonde locks are as gorgeous as ever, I love getting my hair done!! We notice the hair loss more than others so not to worry.
Just last week I donated four large black garbage bags full of "too big" clothes to the Diabetes Foundation. I was so sad to see all those clothes go. And I was kinda miffed at how much money I spent on all those clothes!! Plus size clothing is so much more expensive!! But glad someone else can benefit from them. So good on your for donating as well, it is a good feeling "paying it forward"
I tried multiple times this morning to "copy & paste" my menu form myfitnesspal and its not working. Not sure what I am doing wrong!! It posted the menu and all the lines came with it and when I tried to delete the lines and the whole damn thing went away.... frustrated!!
Oh and I ordered a bunch of samples of protein powder online and this morning I tried the Syntrax Matrix Mint Chocolate chip - OMG where have you been the last 5 1/2 months!! YUMMY, YUMMY, YUMMY. Can't wait to try some of the other flavours next!!

Thank you young Padawan, you have taken me to the Dark Side and I LOVE IT (hee hee hee). When I was drinking the mint chocolate chip you know what I kept thinking it reminded me of, ever have one of those McDonalds "Shamrock" shakes around St. Patrick's day, I swear that's what mine tasted like. I friggin love mint and chocolate together!!
Oh ya Indian food is pretty much in my top 3 of favourite tastes, first is Mexican, second Indian, third Italian, and these round out the rest Thai, Middle Eastern, Japanese (sashimi) those are my go to flavours!!

Daisy, if you copy and paste from MFP, don't worry about how funky it looks when you first put it in the message box. It will all look fine once you submit. The only thing I delete is the "Quick Tools" and "Add Food" line, and you can do that by very carefully highlighting just those four words and deleting. Try it again, I bet you'll get it this time!

thanks Pam for the tip. Yes that is exactly what happened, when I pasted it all these lines were all over the place and I didn't know that they disappear when I hit submit. THANKS GIRLFRIEND!!
