Your menu looks amazing today!  I have had dizzy spells quite a few times, and I've seen a lot of others post about it on here.  Mine is definitely low BP.  It has actually gotten better.  I think my body is adjusting.  I make sure and not stand up to quick and start walking.  Funny, because my BP was always borderline high before!

Yep, BP is likely it, but I will see when I go to the NUT.  I also try not to jump up and walk.  But for me sometimes it hits while I am mid-stride.  I would be SO embarrassed if I fainted so I hope to get a handle on it.  I am sure my NUT will say to increase calories, and I really don't know...I like my loss so far and being in the honeymoon phase, I would like to maximize as much as possible!  I will keep everyone posted on what she says next week.

Good Morning Everyone,

Em that's so weird that you posted about the dizzy spells.  In just the last week I've noticed them as well (once over the weekend and once last night).  They go away pretty quickly, but I've never experienced anything like that either.  I didn't have any blood pressure issues prior to surgery and I'm not on any medications now (nor was I pre surgery).  It's super hot here in So. Cal, so maybe the temperature change?  Who knows, if I find a solution I'll difinately share it here.

Time since surgery 3 months and almost 3 weeks

B - Premier Protein and 1/2 Kind Bar

L - Thai cashew shrimp

D - Thai cashew shrimp

Vit - On track

W - On track

E - Should be ok, I'm going bowling with some friends tonight, we'll see how many steps that ends up being.

We're twins - having dizzy spells and eating the same thing for every meal :)  Have fun bowling!  I will let you know what my NUT says next week.  I haven't been for a check-up since a month post-op.  The girls at the front desk of my doc's office are SO rude, when I call I tend to hang up.  But the program coordinator called me so I agreed to come in lol.

Running around the city like a crazy person TOTALLY counts!

I have a FitBit One and I am obsessed with it!  It clips onto your bra or pocket and the battery lasts for over a week.  I love it.  It totally motivates me.  And it syncs with MyFitnessPal where I track my food.  I highly recommend it.  Some people prefer the bracelet one but I don't wear a watch or bracelet and I like it to be hidden.  But I tell everyone about it anyway, and tons of people are getting FitBits and reporting their activity to me (non-WLS people) - it's so cute!

Fit Bit One - I love mine!  I have not got it to sync with MFP yet but have not tried either.  That was new news from Anny and DCGirl yesterday.

Hey Janessa!  Your menu sounds really delish today!  Look at you going to class every single day this week - that is awesome.  I am so busy I have to schedule my gym time in my Outlook calendar and I am pretty proud - this week I will make it five times as well.  I normally accomplish four visits a week but I am gonna make five.  I even made a date with a friend for Sat morning at 10 to go to the gym, since that is the day I can sometimes talk myself into staying in bed lol.  Makes me accountable!  Will your shorts fit for Disneyland???

And I'm with you - it's 90 here and I am none too happy.  I did just buy the most super cute maxi dresses at Target (size XL omg the thrill!) so I am gearing up for sweatiness lol.

Funny you should bring up my shorts.... I am getting frustrated with my body right now! My guess is they will not fit. I have not lost any weight. I can feel the changes and my stomach feels looser not as thick but that damn scale...... Sigh.... I need to be honest with myself! Slowly but surely I will find the balance of eating and working out. I changed up lunch and added peanut butter and some cottage cheese in place of the other cheese so that gave me over 100 grams of protein and still under 80 for carbs. This weightloss thing is hard! Lol.

Target had some cute dresses! That's awesome on the XL!
