What's on the menu today, RNYers?
Em, yes....take it slow getting up. I have actually fainted twice, but it was at home. Low BP must kinda common with weight loss like this. I'd like to hear what your NUT says.
I also want to know what she says about your calories. I definitely didn't get over 800 calories/day at that time out, but I actually had a hard time eating that much because I was so full. You are definitely able to eat more the farther out you get, so maximizing your honeymoon period is a wise idea. Report back after your appointment tomorrow!
I wish my appt were tomorrow - it's in a week :(
I am not blessed with the feeling of fullness all that often. Sometimes I am and I swear it's always in front of people, so I look so weird having five bites of chicken at dinner with my friends. Other times I can easily eat 3+ oz of protein. It totally depends. I can definitely eat more when I am working out and burning a lot of calories. I never ever go over 800 but for example today I ended up at 750. I am always envious when I see that some people were still at 500 or 600 calories a day at five months out. I also see that this fifth month the weight loss has slowed considerably so Friday I will have my month 5 numbers. Will be interesting. I know it happens to everyone so I was expecting it, but I don't have to like it! LOL
Hope your day went well!!!
I jumped on the MFP wagon w all you ladies :). I am trying to reduce my fat intake and needed to track it due to gall bladder attack a few weeks ago. It really sucks lowering the fat, I find myself hungry more.
20 months post op
I can not figure how to copy from MFP using this stupid IPad. I will do it from my laptop!
Ok, there must be an easy way to do this, I ended up pasting to word then editing a bunch of crap out then coping again into the post. What a PITA! I may not like MFP as much now lol

Candy, that's totally why I deleted my original post this morning - the way it copy and pasted from MFP was a hot mess. I love it for tracking, but I think I'll stick to typing out my post daily.Doesn't take too long!
