I ended the day with some Vietnamese noodle soup(pho), without the noodles.  I had about 2 cups of it.  It was mostly just the broth and the 2 no sugar added fudge pops.

Hello Everybody!  This is such a late post for me, it's been a crazy few days at the office.  I'm so happy I didn't miss this discussion though, b/c I think it's an important one.  I had a day last week where I was close to 900 cals, and I almost had a heart attack over it.  Then I took a step back and realized, 900 cals is still a very low cal day in the grand scheme of things.   I think we've all embraced our new lifestyle with enthusiasm and vigor and as a result navigating these new waters is scary.  It's so great to have a community of people to bounce ideas off of.

In other news, I had to have a business lunch at PF Chang's today.  If anyone goes there I highly recommend ordering off of their seasonal menu: Seared Ahi with wasabi guacamole.....oh my  god SOOO good.  Of course I could only eat 1/2, but it was delicious and 1/2 was around 150 cals, 10 carbs and 35g protein.  It just became my perfect meal :)

Time since surgery 4 months (almost)

B - Greek yogurt w/ walnut 100 cal pack

L - PF Chang's Seared Ahi Tuna w/ wasabi guac

D - TBD, but I'm thinking a protein shake

V  On track

W - On trackish (need to pick it up here a bit)

E - 30 min spinning

Have a great night everyone and as always, I love reading this thread!

Hi Emily. Do let us know about your 5 month f/u. I am curious about the dizziness. Fascinating info about the calorie intake in the first year. I did not know this.

I would love to work out in the morning too and sometimes I think I will but my wake up time is 5am and not sure I could do it earlier plus the hair, and the makeup. It would be great to do it first thing though.

Well here's my menu for the day. 8.5 weeks post op.
