OMG look how close to goal you are!!!  Love the profile pic - how nice of your daughter to help.  I joke that I am the ad hoc a/v support for my parents :)  

I am glad that I could convert another person to Mint Cookie.  Aren't the cookie bits divine???

Thanks!  I do love the cookie bits in that shake!  What a nice treat!  Everyone in my office laughs as I sit at my desk and oohing and aahing as I drink my shake!

I am having a hard time getting my protein in and being low fat for my gallbladder  :(

Low fat protein sucks,  I forgot my blender bottle so I missed my afternoon protein shake, so my numbers are low.  But they are what they are, low calorie, low in protein and high in carbs.   It wont hurt for a day but I need to do better tomorrow.

Hi everyone! Bringing up the rear here as usual! Glad to see Sara is back, Pam is back and lots of activity on this thread. Awesome! Emily it was great to hear about your follow up. Sounds like you really impressed your surgeon. Good for you! You are a very determined woman and I have no doubt in my mind that you will succeed. The goal weight thing is really tough, I think. I put down 150 on my ticker but honestly, I have no idea how that will feel. For now, just going with it.

Getting ready to travel Saturday. I am going to visit my mother in my home state of Indiana. She just got out of rehab after heart surgery and multiple medical problems so I am really looking forward to it. She is frail but mentally very *****y. We both have the same birthday which we will be celebrating together next week. She will be 84 and I will be the ripe old age of 58. Wow. Who is that old lady in the mirror? Actually, I am rather liking the image in the mirror as of late. Wow, did I really say that?!  I will have my laptop with me so I do plan to post off and on but maybe not every day. Not worried about the eating, though. I will shop for some stuff I need and prepare it at my Mom's. I'll be doing some cooking for her and my step father too. She really hated the food in rehab.
