What's on the menu today, RNYers?
Hey Pam! I hear you - the holiday weekend - the good weather - I ate like half a molcajete of guac one night...like you, I am back at it today and also have training at 5:30! Let's go kick our own butts at the gym and that will put us on the right track. When I feel like I have messed up or am not sure I have the strength in me, I think of how far I have come, and how I used to walk for 20 minutes at 2.7 and now I walk for 45 minutes at 3.6 and it motivates me! Think of how far you have come! Almost 100 lbs lost! And working with a trainer! You rule and you know what to do and you will get back to basics (hence your great menu above). We're all here for ya! ![]()
Thanks for the encouragement, Em! Too much personal stuff going on, I guess. I just haven't been feeling that much "oomph" in my life lately, you know? But you're right, I just need to remember where I was and compare it to where I am, and then think about how to get to where I want to be. Progress has been made, but I can make even more!
/hugs!
