What's on the menu today, RNYers?
Hey Pam! I hear you - the holiday weekend - the good weather - I ate like half a molcajete of guac one night...like you, I am back at it today and also have training at 5:30! Let's go kick our own butts at the gym and that will put us on the right track. When I feel like I have messed up or am not sure I have the strength in me, I think of how far I have come, and how I used to walk for 20 minutes at 2.7 and now I walk for 45 minutes at 3.6 and it motivates me! Think of how far you have come! Almost 100 lbs lost! And working with a trainer! You rule and you know what to do and you will get back to basics (hence your great menu above). We're all here for ya!
Thanks for the encouragement, Em! Too much personal stuff going on, I guess. I just haven't been feeling that much "oomph" in my life lately, you know? But you're right, I just need to remember where I was and compare it to where I am, and then think about how to get to where I want to be. Progress has been made, but I can make even more!
/hugs!
